“Enjoyed our stay after booking in”

Everything. I didn’t like that booking.,com didn’t come through when they looked up my reservation, took an hour to be booked in. Not fun after driving 8 hrs

“Definitely wouldn’t be a repeat stay.”

The property was advertised as a 4‑star stay on the website, but it was definitely overrated. When we arrived, room 402 was heavily febreezed and room 404 smelled of cigarette smoke (both non‑smoking units). We left with scratchy throats and very stuffed‑up sinuses. When our party arrived, the smoke detector was going off in room 403 (not our room); staff was notified. The next morning at 5:45 a.m. we (both rooms) woke to the detector going off again. The front desk was notified. We waited as the detector continued to scream. We phoned down again to check if they were fixing the situation. The front desk just said he tried calling the room. I went down at 6:30 after we knocked to let them know it was a continuing issue. I was asked if anyone answered… No! Staff came up to knock and very hesitantly entered to press the alarm off. The alarm went off 20 min later. I went down again to notify staff while running into housekeeping who said the alarm had been going off since the day before. Before writing an online review I was hoping management would reach out. They did not.
