Everything was spotless, and breakfast offered a great variety of healthy and tasty options. The only hiccup was that I couldn’t find a mouse for the lobby computer, but that wasn’t a big deal.

“Will not stay there again & have all ready shared our experience with others”

I was disappointed with the cost. When I checked in, the air on the left side for an event came back and the room was HOT! The air was not working. I went to the desk and they acted like there wasn’t another room available. The gal never hesitated from her personal call and acted inconvenienced. Then our room changeover was not a comparable room, no credits, the TV didn’t work, no blow dryer in that room, and it was absolutely terrible.

The stay was fair, but I had to ask for extra waffle mix and scrambled eggs. The pool was a let‑down because it wasn’t working; the water looked green from the windows. On that scorching weekend it would have been great. The bathtub in our room was underwhelming and the caulking needed fixing.

The location was fine, but the room was a nightmare: black mold, high price, dirty walls, a fire alarm stuffed with something, lights that didn’t work, a dirty under‑mattress, AC vents full of dust, blown TV speakers, and a fridge that almost popped out of standby when I put drinks in.
