Everything was perfect

The place has a good spot, but we were not happy at all: the room was tiny, supposedly deluxe, and terribly noisy with old, loud ACs that kept us from sleeping. We booked a large bed, but it was only queen size, and parking was not included—extra $30 plus taxes per day. The breakfast was served outdoors, which in Florida’s humid, rainy weather meant we sweated while sipping coffee. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Honestly, one of the best hotels on the island! Even though I arrived very early, they kindly invited me to have breakfast, and shortly after, they had my room ready before the official check‑in time. That was absolutely wonderful and very much appreciated. Most importantly, the two ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ladies in the breakfast area were also so sweet and kind. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, comfort, service, and overall experience were all fantastic. And as a bonus, the location is excellent! I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Nothing to add.
