“Exceptional service and perfect location – simply nothing to complain about!”
This hotel is excellent, perfectly located and the staff are very friendly. Service was impeccable: fresh towels, daily room cleaning, and a nice cake with fresh fruit as a treat. They even handled our laundry. I highly recommend it!
“The hosts were so kind and wonderful. Fresh fruit and snacks always waiting for us. Very comfortable beds. Location was”
The place is very beautiful and the location is perfect.
They made me feel like I was at home. Everyone was really friendly and kind, always adding a little detail for the day. It was an amazing experience, and the room was beautiful.
The location was great, with spacious rooms that have tables and great views. The elevator or stairs made moving around easy. The Friday night Maiko visit was entertaining, informative, and free—an enjoyable experience with family and workers who were eager to help. A+++ The only issue was that the stop button on the toilet controls didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience.
“Mieux encore qu'à la maison.”
Everything, and above all, the kindness of everyone with an extraordinary service mindset. We feel at home. My grandson and I will always remember the wonderful moments we spent here. I will return. Everything was fantastic.
