I got incredible value for the price—everything you need and nothing extra. The location right by the Oedo line and nearby convenience stores was ideal, and the bed was comfortable enough. The rooms were tiny and dated, and ours had bad ventilation; the staff weren’t as helpful as other Japanese hotels, only making the bed every four days. Still, these were reasonable trade‑offs for the cost.

Location is perfect - quiet and calm area which we lived, but also so close to a train station for travel. Super clean and cozy rooms - Big enough for 2 people + suitcases. Comfy beds. Lovely staff who were so kind and helpful. Thanks so much to the staff!

The room was very clean and the airconditioning was very nice! The location was also great, close to the station and other facilities. The room was a little small, but that is expected
