The welcome, the owner's friendliness, and the decor were nice, yet the rooms lacked air conditioning or even a fan, and sleeping in 38 °C was far from ideal.

Nothing. The welcome and the way they the location is set up. The address on Booking is different from the position you reach. You get in a street where on the left there is a door with B&B sign while the entrance is from the restaurant with a totally different name and unbelievable they welcomed us arguing because we were early (5:45 with check in at 6pm) and got the wrong position. We had the worst check-in ever. The time to check in was too short and when we got there nobody answered. No contacts on Booking. we had to look at street signs to get a phone number. when we called they said it was not time for check in, even if it was 15 minutes before 6. We asked to at least leave the bag but nobody came. After waiting 40 minutes I called again and they just hang up. Finally after nearly an hour waiting I called again somebody came out from a restaurant and told us to go there. Upon entering everybody remained seated and instead of apologizing and very rudely said we were at the wrong address and the time for check in on Booking was wrong. Despite they knew we were waiting in the street nobody came out to show us the entrance. In addition the breakfast has insane times: 8:30 to 9:30 snd the most disgusting cappuccino and crostata. Never again! Locanda Porrati is very different from B&B da Stefy on Booking and just a door with a B&B sign. The entrance is in a restaurant byt it should be done by people who knows what kindness means
