The family room is very spacious and the location by the metro is great, but the furniture is very worn, the bed creaked, there was a leak under the sink in the bathroom, we pointed it out at reception and they wanted to look into it, yet they simply wiped the puddle with our towel and did nothing; some lamps didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, towels were only available on request at reception, and the trash was not taken out.

The rooms were a decent size and the location and price were good, but the cleanliness was lacking and the bathroom was old—black toilet and water on the floor when showering—and the lighting was dim.

The location, rooms, and views were great, everything was fantastic, but if I had to mention something, even though it was perfect, being a four‑star place it had some pretty old stuff.
