The place was spotless, but we didn’t get a spot in the hotel lot on the first day and had to leave the car on the street. They answered our call at 11 p.m., directed us to a nearby shop’s parking, and the next morning booked a space for us to guarantee we had one – I appreciated that effort.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. No lift for top floors. Had yo carry heavy bags up the floors. No complimentary refreshments or lettle to make your own tea
