“It was miserable.”
The location was fine, but there was no housekeeping; all but one housekeeper called sick, so we had to get our own towels, the bed sheets didn’t fit, and the refrigerator had to be reset every 2 hours—ridiculous.

It was clean and the staff were friendly, but there was no free breakfast; you pay that much for a room and get no complimentary breakfast.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed, but the foot rest/shelf in the shower was falling apart, and the TV was hard to turn on—almost forced a room change until a staff member helped me figure it out.

The Bristo is a joke, as is the Starbucks coffee; I'd rather have a breakfast like most hotels with unlimited coffee. The bathroom soap dispensers were too high to reach, and the shower head was too high for me at 5 ft 10.
