“Absolutely terrible,”

Absolutely nothing, the place was cold and the heater wasn’t working after the first night. Also the kitchen area was dirty and untidy, the toilets and showers barely worked, and I had to shower with cold water for most of my stay. The host/manager of this property are poorly managing the place. For over a week there’s been no WiFi to use in the house, even though their ad says there’s WiFi. They barely reply to your messages or complaints and never answer your calls at all. That place needs to be shut down!!!

“Disappointing”

The room was so damp that I won’t even let my dog live there; the management of that facility should do better and give customers value for their money. Nothing to like about the property was disappointing; the customer service was zero percent.

Proximity and accessibility were good. Really bad behaviour from a co‑occupant.

“Horrible.”

Everything! We were sent a message on the day of our arrival (1 h before our flight) claiming a double booking on our room and that we would be relocated to a much less desirable area, in a dirty room with horrible sanitary facilities.
