The place was in a perfect spot for the Co Op arena and the staff were super friendly. The property looked tidy and clean, and the area felt safe. We could use a few more mirrors for getting ready.

“Bizarre but decent location for Co-op Live”

The location was convenient for the coop live and there was driveway parking available. The property is misrepresented as a hotel when it really isn’t; the accommodation is basically a small bedroom in a shared house with a separate bathroom, lacking basic essentials such as bins (none anywhere!), hand towels, wardrobes or drawers for clothes. The description also says your room has a basic kitchen, which is misleading – the kitchen is shared downstairs and also missing basics like milk and tea bags. It feels like a lodger in someone else’s home. The owners were passive‑aggressive and tried to charge extra at every turn. We got a message at 9 am on checkout day telling us they would charge our card for an extra night if we didn’t leave by 10 am.

“I will definitely go back 💯 I love it”

The place was extremely clean, well organised, set in a beautiful environment and a quiet area. The dining area, living room, kitchen and bedroom were all stylish, and the bed was superbly comfy – I love it 👌. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The accommodation was comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor space, and off‑street parking was a bonus. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

“Check details very carefully before booking”

The place is pretty close to the Etihad campus, but it’s just a bedroom in a shared house in a rough-ish neighbourhood and it’s really expensive for what it offers.
