“Decent stop, more a student dorm than a backpackers”
The lounge was spacious, but a rat slipped into the building looking for shelter from the rain.

The room was spotless and the bed super comfy, even had AC. The staff were great, especially Mam Cecile who helped me through check‑in and check‑out. Thanks again, I’ll definitely return! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The staff were friendly, the ambience was quiet and calm—perfect for studying. Every space was well lit. The entrance street felt a bit scary, but after the security guard it was all peace and cleanliness. A small kitchen for basic prep would be nice.

The ground floor is pretty. The staff, when I called to say I couldn’t find the building entrance, told me to “send security to find me,” which never happened. I finally found the entrance after wandering with heavy bags late at night from Manila. The security guard held me at the front door for over 30 minutes, giving no explanation other than “no new entry tonight,” even though I’d paid for my room. He then walked to a room without asking me to follow, showed me the AC was off and that he didn’t plan to turn it on, and left. I had to chase him to ask for Wi‑Fi; he said it was “under maintenance,” and for my room key he said I’d get it tomorrow morning (even though I was leaving that same morning). The bed wasn’t clean.
