“Super, ale ...”
Everything was spotless, well‑equipped and the courtyard was in great shape, with bike storage available. Breakfasts, made from fresh ingredients, were very good and cost 40 zł, and there’s a spot for bonfires and children’s play, including a new swing. The kitchen is brand‑new and fully stocked, the rooms have air‑conditioning, new furniture and a clever layout, and the owner was friendly and helpful about anything. A must‑see nearby is Kosobudz, a clean lake about 6 km from Gryżyna, reachable by bike along a tree‑lined lane. On the downside you have to bring all your own food because the shop is far away, and the local roads are rough, so getting there isn’t easy; the lake is actually about 2 km from the resort. There’s no mobile signal, but free Wi‑Fi makes up for it, and the running water has an earthy smell.
