The location is good but it’s really loud, so don’t expect to sleep at night. The property was extremely noisy at night, and the towels, sheets, and overall space didn’t feel properly cleaned. We also had no running water for part of our stay. I understand this was caused by an issue with the main water line and may have been outside the host’s control, but it still made the stay very difficult. The elevator wasn’t working either.

A very large, clean room in a great location. They left gel and shampoo, and everything was very well cared for. Above all, we want to thank the owner, Ilaria, who made everything possible from the start. She was attentive at our arrival, the access to the apartment was super easy, and she was very friendly and pleasant. She also let us leave our luggage at the apartment entrance after check‑out and was ready to open the door when we came back to pick them up. Thank you so much for everything! Honestly, nothing bothered us because we were only in the apartment to sleep, but it should be noted that it’s next to the train.

The building is spotless, the bed is comfortable and cozy. Communication with the property was simple and fast, and they were very willing to meet guests’ requests. The only drawback is the location: the property is on a very busy street, so even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from passing cars, especially late at night.

From the bedding and bath linens to the welcome kit! The host was very courteous and kind. The old elevator was a downside.
