The cleanliness was good, but the food and the waiters’ service at the cafeteria took a very long time.

Overall, the hotel is very good and the food in both the lobby and the Tierra restaurant is excellent. We chose this place for its spa and heated pool, but the pool was only lukewarm and the area wasn’t heated, so the cold made it impossible to stay there; people would enter and leave immediately. The spa floor was attended by a guy in a hoodie, a thin sweater, but definitely a polar‑type garment; clearly, wearing mesh and being wet was not an option. It was a disappointment because the facilities are very nice.

The location is great, the place is very clean and tidy, and everyone on staff is wonderfully polite. The breakfast is quite complete. However, I think the price is a bit high for what the hotel offers; even the parking is extra. The pool water temperature could be better.

The staff are fantastic. On the pool floor, there should be changing rooms.
