The location was fine. However, the place was dirty, with cockroaches and mice, and even rats.

The hotel and the staff were really nice, but the only issue was the area where it is located.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and looks great inside with excellent equipment; the staff are young but friendly, though the environment isn’t the most pleasant, it’s tolerable for short stays.

The hotel in central Semporna was functional, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a large balcony that was handy for drying swimwear, and the young ladies at the front desk were helpful. It was as noisy as any place in Semporna, and while we stayed in rooms 104 and 105, room 104 kept having cockroaches, which I suspect came from the bathroom ventilation.
