The location is definitely good and the bathrooms are clean; the room is comfortable and ideal for a stay near Trapani’s pedestrian zone. Overall, the room is perfect except for the issue described below, which if fixed would make future stays much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, our room smelled of damp, mold and sewage; the bathroom fan was dusty, the air conditioner couldn’t be used because it emitted a sewage odor, and maintenance is needed—we had to clean the filters ourselves because their condition was unacceptable.

The city and the spot where the property is located are positives, but everything else is bad: the entrance is shabby, with a risk of falling, soot, and part of the front steps overhang the complex entrance inside.
