The spot is great, but the noise at night was a nightmare – people chatting right outside the rooms. They said breakfast starts at 6:00, but when I asked around 6:10 it was only served at 6:30. The room was bright, but overall I don’t think this motel is ready for overnight travelers like me.

Close to Neo Química Arena – I’ll come back for the games. The staff were friendly, the price was fair, the bed comfy, the room clean, Wi‑Fi fast, and breakfast was full. The parking and bathroom were a bit tight, the stairs felt a little risky, the sink was small and a bit splashy, and there was only one outlet. On the last day early‑morning painting in the courtyard left a strong paint smell in the room for over two hours, so I couldn’t sleep.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, but the AC in the suite with the hot tub didn’t cool at all. The parking lot was tiny and really annoying.

The team was attentive and the food was good – especially the tapioca squares and chicken strips. No smart TV, only hot water in the shower, a concrete corner on the bed that poked me, and staff chatter near the room window kept me awake.

The location is solid, service is excellent, privacy and comfort are top‑notch. The AC is noisy and the TV has no remote.
