The hotel is in a great spot, right in the center, above a very nice bar that doesn’t bother you with noise. Hanah is incredibly kind. We arrived at 6:30 am and already had our room; breakfast was excellent, and they kept our luggage on the last day. I recommend it!

Great location, great food, the room stayed quiet even though it’s above a bar, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well, and it’s a great value for money.

Hannah, the property manager, has good energy and prepares the best breakfast in Ninh Binh; I loved her condensed milk coffee. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, the new AC works well, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Even though there’s a bar on the first floor, the noise didn’t reach me. Unfortunately, the room 302 where I stayed for 4 nights had bedbugs; I only noticed on the last night when I was suddenly attacked by them and didn’t sleep at all. I told the owner, but she offered no compensation such as washing my clothes and backpack in hot water; she just said no one had complained before (the walls near the bed have several crushed bedbug stains). I also didn’t like that during my 4 days the bathroom trash was never taken out. The comforter had no protective cover and it was exactly on that where I saw the bedbugs. When heavy cars pass on the street in front of the bed, it trembles. On the first day I thought a quake was happening in Vietnam.

The location is very good, right in the middle of the bus and boat stations. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, everything is really good. The Wi‑Fi failed most of the stay, and there was an odor coming from the bathroom, but the stay was very good, the staff were very attentive, and these are just comments for improvement that didn’t ruin my stay.

They should dry the bathroom instead of leaving it wet before handing the room to guests.
