The hotel is excellent, I already knew it, I came back happy, everything was great, it’s pricey but that’s the cost of the facilities. The ski slopes have weak infrastructure, the lifts are old, slow, and the walking paths are also outdated.

The room was decent, with comfy beds and a nice view that came with the paid upgrade, and the thermal pool was pleasant as well. The staff were okay, trying to help even if they didn’t seem very happy themselves. The food was pretty weak, lacking seasoning and almost no salt at all. The games room was poorly maintained, with two broken pieces of equipment and all the rackets in bad shape. There was no bathroom nearby, so we had to walk to the main lobby to use one.

The staff’s treatment is incredible. Nothing negative. It would be great to have more advance information about the skiing conditions.

Overall, my second visit to the hotel was very pleasant. The menu could improve, for example, an Asian food day, lunch and dinner at most. There were alternatives.

It’s a spectacular five‑star place—everything is amazing! Getting there is tricky because the road winds through the middle of the mountains, but I have to say the scenery is gorgeous.
