The room was larger than I had expected after reading other reviews; it was a normal Japanese‑sized room with a toilet and washbasin inside. I was in a non‑smoking room, but the toilet still had a strong smoke smell.

There were several types of baths, which was nice. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were well stocked.

The staff were very pleasant. Check‑in was delayed, but they called to let me know when the bath time was scheduled so I could use it. The only downside was the lack of washbasins and toilets. The washbasin seemed usable from the bath area, but I wasn’t sure about the toilet situation. It made me worry about what would happen if it got crowded or if I needed to rush.
