“Great Location, But Service Fell Short”
The location in San Blas was convenient. The breakfast was disappointing—very basic and the coffee was poor. We also had a hot‑water issue; showers had no hot water until it was fixed, which was a big inconvenience. As it was our honeymoon, we expected better service and detail, and those problems spoiled what could have been a special stay.

The reception staff are very friendly. On the days we woke up early, they had breakfast packed for take‑away, and when we shared the buffet it was delicious. I liked everything and recommend it.
