The surroundings are gorgeous, the accommodation is super clean—especially the bedding, which feels soft and tidy. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in Indonesia, and the quiet helped us sleep perfectly 😄. When we arrived with a suitcase, the front desk staff—who were women—offered to carry it for us, which was a huge help 🙏. Everyone was friendly, and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. If you’re heading to Penida, remember to book a driver to the pier in advance, especially during peak season. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance.

“Oase der Ruhe und doch zentral! Perfekter Zwischenstopp!”

I stayed in the beautiful bungalows at a well‑maintained green resort with a nice pool and attentive staff, a real little oasis of calm yet still central to Crystal Beach, Angels Billabong and Broken Beach. It’s also close to the ferry to Lembongan or Bali. Breakfast was good, and for dinner you could order from the restaurant just around the corner – the Italian place was great, offering excellent value for money!

“Schöne Unterkunft in grüner und ruhiger Lage mit herzlichen Gastgebern”

The resort is gorgeous and tidy, with a clean pool. Rooms are spacious and spotless, cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided on request along with two small complimentary water bottles each day. Everyone on the staff is very warm and assists with anything from shuttle service to activities or even large geckos in the room. We felt very comfortable here and would book again anytime – thanks to the hotel team for everything!

“Ça pourrait être mieux sans le personnel”

The room was roomy and clean, and the location is perfect for day trips, with a tidy pool. The staff were a bit too intrusive, asking why we didn’t eat at their restaurant, asking too many questions, and knocking on our door while we were sleeping.

The pool and surroundings are nice. The mattress and breakfast are among the smallest and least complete in all of Indonesia.
