I never expected a one‑star hotel to be so good; the room was small but spotless, with tea, coffee, and toiletries, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for cafés and restaurants, and I’m very happy and will stay again.

The only positive was the location. The breakfast was terrible.

The hallway smelled strongly of tobacco, making me feel claustrophobic. The room was very small and crowded, and the breakfast was average in quality and price. I also noticed that the smell and visual presentation of the breakfast could be improved.

The hotel’s location was good. The bed was too narrow for two people.
