The place is well situated and reasonably priced, yet the rooms smelled of mold, the mattresses and pillows were very old, there was no mirror in the bathroom or in the room, and insects were everywhere because the windows lacked screens or glass. The game room was paid for (the first time I’ve been to a hotel or lodge that charges for billiards, foosball, or ping‑pong). Dinner had no food, no orange juice, and my kids didn’t drink soda; nobody knew the Wi‑Fi password for the restaurant, the reception, or the restaurant staff. Several mothers and adults complained that they booked because they thought there would be food, but there wasn’t any at dinner. They didn’t prepare for the post‑holiday period. Check‑in was at 17:00, by which time the pools were already closed, leaving no option to use them on site.

The staff are polite, all of them, but this was my second trip to the island and I was genuinely disappointed. The daily rate starts at 17:00, exactly when the pools are already shut. So anyone arriving earlier has to pay a day‑use fee to enjoy the facilities during the day. I also spotted several maintenance issues: the paddle boat was out of order, the sauna was unavailable, and the table‑tennis rackets were in terrible shape—there were two tables but only one pair of rackets, a fix that should be trivial given the low cost of the item. The room cleaning was also lacking; I stayed three days and the room wasn’t cleaned. I had to request new towels, which is unacceptable for a place of this standard. My first stay left a much better impression, so coming back to find the setup this way was even more disappointing. I hope management reviews these points, especially maintenance and equipment availability, as they make a big difference in the guest experience. It’s a beautiful place with great potential, but it’s slipping.

“Pior experiência da vida”

The hotel was terrible! I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. It was extremely old and offered ZERO comfort. The place smelled unbearable of mold and felt completely abandoned. If I hadn't already had regrets in life, this would be it now. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I'm ashamed to have taken my family there.
