Everything was fine. The accommodation, the food, and the beach were all super. The staff were very friendly and professional, except for a few young men at the dining area.

Everything was spotless and the receptionist was kind, doing everything possible to help, and the bathroom and room were clean. The breakfast could use more variety and the server was a bit brusque; during dinner the drink‑service staff walked past us three times, apparently not feeling very friendly toward us.
The breakfasts and dinners were tasty, though drinks cost extra, and the young man at the front desk was friendly. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos – a tiny, outdated space on the third floor with an almost‑non‑functional air‑conditioner that made it sweltering, while the pictures showed a huge room that only appears after you try to cancel. Those shady, 90s‑style tricks don’t belong in a four‑star hotel that charges four‑star rates. After check‑in I was told, as a “lower‑priority” guest from the booking site, I could use the pool only once during my stay. The staff were nice and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
