The staff were very polite. I arrived late to the restaurant because I misremembered the dining time, but the staff didn’t show any displeasure, handled us normally, and made sure we had everything we wanted before clearing up. Breakfast was also delicious – thank you. The room was clean, comfortable, bright, and tidy; I really liked it and will definitely come back.

The bed was very comfortable, the kind of bed you’d find at Q. The room was large and felt spacious, there were plenty of outlets and the fridge was cool enough. My favorite was the bathroom’s dry‑wet separation – a large bathtub and shower together, separate from the toilet and washbasin, which was very dry and comfortable! The breakfast was also a great experience – honestly, everything was good.

Breakfast was abundant, the staff were friendly, the front desk staff were also nice, and the in‑room amenities were good. However, some small trash wasn’t cleaned and there were caps on the bottled water.

On the day before arrival, I asked about the partner parking lot and the front desk said the hotel had its own parking, but responded with “Minfu multi‑storey parking.” Later, when I checked in, I heard a guest call the front desk and learned the hotel actually has its own parking – I wasn’t very happy about that.

Comfortable, clean, large bathroom, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was abundant, and the value for money was extremely high.
