I love this hotel the staff work extremely hard, it’s relaxing but also fun with great entertainment! I’m gutted it’s closing for a refurb as now I have to find somewhere else until it reopens!

The hotel sits in a great location, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the place is very clean with fantastic facilities. We paid for a junior suite with a pool view, but it had no pool view from its position, which was very annoying because we were sold something that wasn’t true.

It was an okay hotel, nothing fancy or memorable. They couldn’t accommodate early check‑in and to make our room a triple they brought in a third twin bed, which made the space pretty cramped. The shower also wasn’t great since the water went everywhere. The furniture was old and looked worn out, with stains and scratches that made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.
