“Muy descuidado, falta de orden y limpieza”
Cacao greeted me with great attention and friendliness 😊, but the room was swarming with mosquitoes and the bathroom window lacked a screen; although the overall cleanliness was okay, the furniture and details like pipes were badly neglected or broken, the sheets didn’t look new or clean, and the old‑style air‑conditioner made an unbearable noise when turned on. There was no natural light, and from as early as 7 am the cleaning staff and others were coming and going up and down the stairs, chatting, joking and shouting, making it impossible not to be woken up by the racket. They tried to open my door twice, which startled me, and a third time they came with a key – it turned out to be the cleaner who didn’t know the room was occupied; she apologized, but it could have been avoided. Breakfast was fine, but the kitchen always had dishes piled in the sink… Overall the place was very sloppy in cleanliness and order.
