The renovation was beautiful. The property’s location made it easy to walk into Sorrento’s center. Even on the first floor we still enjoyed a nice little view. All the staff were lovely and staying here was a pleasure. Our suitcases took a bit to arrive in our room, but that’s just something that could be improved.

Everything was outstanding. You’ll pay for it, but everything is expensive in Sorrento. It was first‑class. I’d stay again!

The hotel was great—modern, clean, and well‑located, with a fantastic pool. The staff’s attitude was a bit aloof at times.

The spot is great and the staff were really friendly. The room was adorable with a lovely sea view, the pool was spotless, and the service was quick.

The place sits in a prime spot and the building feels brand‑new and modern. We loved everything, but the hotel sent us 13 messages asking for feedback—too many to read or respond to.
