The structure is beautiful and well kept, the room was gorgeous with a really well cared-for bathroom; the lady was extremely kind and left us snacks that we gladly ate; there was also a coffee machine with a variety of pods to choose from. Leaving was a bit of a hassle.

Courtesy, attention, and kindness from the owners. The room was very clean and welcoming with attention to detail. The salty and sweet snacks, water, and the coffee machine stocked with assorted pods were greatly appreciated. Excellent value for money. Convenient point to visit Lucca, Montecatini, and Pistoia.
