The property is outstanding, with beautiful gardens that really stand out. Every breakfast was tasty, and Sheryl was an excellent guide to the local area. The outdoor seating area could use a bit more care, though.

“Charming, clean and inviting. Best breakfast l ever had.”

The Inn is stunning, charming, and impeccably clean—truly first‑class in every way. Sheryl, the Innkeeper, greeted me warmly and walked me through all the amenities. I checked into a lovely room that had two chocolates on the nightstand beside my bed 😋. I adored the four‑post bed, the fireplace 🔥, and the view from the window. The bathroom was fully stocked, letting me freshen up before unpacking. When I was ready to head downstairs to work on a sculpture, there were snacks and both hot and cold drinks, all complimentary. The grounds were lovely, and the hot tub was fantastic. The breakfast table was already set beautifully for the next morning, with many nice touches. I met some guests who were extremely friendly and mentioned they’ve been coming to the Acorn Inn for 20 years—something I hope to do too. I’ll definitely return to the Acorn Inn. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Delicious breakfasts every morning, featuring an outstanding selection of fruits and fluffy blueberry pancakes.

“Very very good!”

Everything was amazing, and the owner and host were fantastic! Mother Nature caused a power outage, downed trees, and blew a transformer, but the situation was handled well.
