The location, views, staff attention, modern and comfy room, and the breakfast and dinner were all superb. I also want to thank the hotel for canceling our first reservation without charge after the Jakarta airport shut down because of the Krakatoa volcano eruption, even though the booking was non‑cancellable.

A nice hotel close to the airport with friendly staff. The food at the hotel wasn’t special.

Excellent spot near the airport, tidy room, comfy bed, tasty food, and helpful staff. We checked out early and could grab a breakfast box at 3 am before our flight. The room didn’t have a hairdryer.

The hotel is surprisingly beautiful, modern, and well equipped. Its location is great and super convenient for travelers on the move. In our case it served as the perfect starting point for our tour, with the staff picking us up directly from the hotel without any issues. The room was very clean, comfortable, and ideal for rest.
