The room was spacious, clean, well equipped, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, a beautiful bathtub, and lovely décor. The location was good, close to the night market. Breakfast had a varied, complete, and good selection. The pool was green.

The breakfast was reasonable and the location was excellent, but there were no listed facilities at all – no bar, no service restaurant for lunch or dinner, no spa, no sun terrace, no pool service, no money exchange. The hotel is definitely not a 4‑star, it looks tired and needs a lot of maintenance, and the ratings listed don’t match our experience. We needed a property with the facilities listed because we were traveling with an 85‑year‑old who needed a restaurant; the hotel claimed to have one but it didn’t exist. We were told we had rooms adjoining, but that wasn’t true, and the cleanliness level was well below par. The lack of facilities and the misrepresentation seriously impeded our holiday, especially with mobility issues for our mother. We couldn’t afford to go elsewhere because we had paid in advance, and the photos of the hotel didn’t reflect its true state. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice after a day of temple visits, and the hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. The value for money was excellent. The Wi‑Fi could be a bit slow at times, but that didn’t ruin my stay. Nothing else to note.
