I showed up around 9 PM, knocked on the door, and found the place completely shut down. I called the contact number and a woman answered, but she refused to give me the room I'd already paid for, claiming she was in charge of check-in hours and had already left for the day. We got into a heated argument over the phone, but I ended up getting nowhere. It was a huge waste of money and left me feeling frustrated and angry. Definitely think twice before booking here.
