The property is exceptional. The estate is beautiful and well maintained. It was amazing just to walk around the property. The rooms are also quite nicely done. The staff is very warm and everyone you pass by flashes a big smile. The food spread and taste need improvement. The food is not as per the premium pricing of this property. It was like staying in a 5‑star property with 2‑star food.

Location was fantastic. The villas that we stayed in was old, need renovation. The lock was broken. Bathroom had water clogging problem in the shower area, I complained and they sent their person 2 times, but couldn’t solve the problem. The food menu lacked variety

The property was absolutely beautiful but the value for money wasn’t there. Too expensive for fewer facilities. The food was pretty disappointing and caused acidity. The staff were very sweet, but this is management’s fault; the management didn’t address the guests’ problems and just complained that it’s property rules. There was no night menu, and the main reason I was upset was that I stayed for 2 days, got very sick, and was hungry; the hotel had no late‑night menus. I asked for food, they said the kitchen was closed, then they cooperated in a way that didn’t help me much; they gave me fruit when I needed solid food to take medicine. Outside the cottage someone was cutting a tree and it fell right where I was standing as if they couldn’t see I was there. There were several mismanagements; the list is long. I paid a heavy amount, around 80 to 90 thousand rupees, to stay there, so it was not worth the money except that the property is beautiful. In the name of hospitality they don’t fulfill these things, and they also asked for money before even reaching the property, even though we had reserved it beforehand and told them we would pay on arrival. They insisted on payment there, so we did it because of all the nagging. I will make sure to remove them from the listing and file a formal complaint with the consumer forum. As a lawyer, I will do it unless they try to reach out and talk to me.

The property turned out to be excellent and the rooms were exceptional, but the food quantity and quality were disappointing and the checkout procedure dragged on.
