The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning was fine, and the Wi‑Fi was good. The toilet lock was broken and the entrance door didn’t have a double lock for safety because it was also broken.

There was no elevator, and the water heater couldn’t be adjusted; the water was too hot, making it feel like we were being boiled.

The male staff was very kind and gave me extra garbage bags when I asked for them. He also helped us with our luggage to the 3rd floor and assisted with an early check‑in. Thank you. The only downside was the street noise.

The staff were helpful, and when we first got the room the air‑conditioning unit blinked and didn’t cool, so we were moved to another room with two units that were excellent and cold. We loved them. The staff were friendly and helpful, and so far there have been no other issues.

I booked a family room with three beds and it was nice. The bathroom door couldn’t lock because it had no lock, which is not great and could use improvement, and the lights also need maintenance.
