The personal room was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room lacked a balcony, and I would have preferred a window in the bathroom instead of just a fan.

Breakfast was good, the room and bed were a decent size, the staff were friendly, and they helped me with my luggage. The sofa and armchairs were really outdated and the seats were in bad condition, the entrance door was very narrow, there was no elevator, the bath towels were too small, there was only one pastry at breakfast, I was made to pay for the hotel card, and there were no blackout curtains.

The Perla suite met every expectation, it was beautiful and comfortable… The location was super central, the facility and the box were excellent, and the owners and staff were very kind.
