The room was cozy and clean, with modern furnishings and services. The staff was helpful and friendly for any need. The Italian breakfast was abundant and varied, served on a pleasant terrace. Parking was convenient inside the property. The house is a five‑minute drive from Arona’s center. Nothing else to note.

We stayed in room 3 for a few days at the end of June 2026 and were fully satisfied: the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Given the oppressive heat, the air conditioning let us sleep very well. Mrs. Roberta pampered us with always varied and plentiful breakfasts (traditional Italian sweet), and she was super helpful in assisting us. Nothing more to add.

Roberta decorated everything lovingly. The room and bathroom were modern with a large terrace to sit in the evenings and enjoy the lovingly prepared breakfast in the morning. Roberta is a great host.

I stayed in a huge room with a large terrace and enjoyed a rich Italian breakfast; the parking, protected by a sliding gate, is directly on the property, and the city centre is within walking distance.

The breakfast was good and plentiful, the owner was incredibly friendly, and the cats were charming; nothing else to mention.
