The room is on a floor with several private rooms in an old but renovated building. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a couple. The full bathroom has a shower curtain and is roomy. There’s a hall with common areas that includes a fridge, coffee maker, and free coffee, plus armchairs and a side table. It’s very quiet and well‑located, about a 20‑minute walk to Bari’s old town, but car travel is fine because you can find free parking nearby and the train station is a 10‑minute walk. Supermarkets and cafés are in the area. Access to the room is via codes: first a code to open the gate, then another for the floor, and a third for the room where you get a card for future entries. The air‑conditioning is important; if the window is open even a crack, a sensor shuts it off—just like we had to message the owner, who fixed it right away. Nothing negative, everything was fine.

Very clean and comfortable, but there was zero staff contact or any welcome from anyone, making it feel very impersonal.
