The rooms were extremely dirty, the odor was unbearable, no breakfast was provided, the carpets were stained, the beds were filthy, the bathroom had not been cleaned when we arrived, and the breakfast consisted of just coffee and an apple.

large rooms. 1. mold in bathroom ceiling 2, internet spotty 3. local drunks took over pool kids could not get in. 4. stove did not have proper knob for oven; you had to guess the temperature. 5. last night we lost complete power, no backup generator. room was very hot!

The location was good, yet we had no water for about an hour and at around 1130pm the lights went out so no AC and the lights never came back on; we decided to cut our vacation short and leave, received no call for a refund or feedback, and will never stay here again.

Where do I start? Our room had a super strong chemical smell, and when we opened the door there was a filthy “Odor Eliminator” machine on our table still running; the floor had dried spills that were sticky, shoes were stuck to it, and there was dirt under the table and beside the sofa, clearly the room had not been swept or mopped; a huge dead roach was right outside the door; we tried using the pool, but the gate wasn’t working and not even your clerk could open it, a terrible experience!

The oven controller had no numbers and wouldn’t turn, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and overall the quality was poor.
