The staff were friendly, but the access roads are a disaster and all of Piura is in ruins.

The lady at the front desk was very kind; I arrived at 12:30 pm and was able to check into my room right away, and the stay was quiet and comfortable. I only have a few suggestions: please repair the cracks in the room and start serving breakfast at 7 am, otherwise everything was great.

The service was good, but the environment was not. The room was very closed off for Piura’s heat, the fan was old and in bad condition, and they offered parking, but the parking area was inaccessible due to street maintenance work.
