The room had been freshly renovated, which was a plus, but the bed left a lot to be desired—the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Breakfast never showed up, despite a note that said we should hang a sign on the door for it. The jacuzzi was broken, dirty and completely unusable. Even the stair treads were a little grimy. [/BODY]
