“Horrible”
Nothing positive to mention. The management was mismanaged and the staff behaved unprofessionally.

Rahul, the property manager, was very polite, helpful and kind, making our stay super wonderful. The room was also very good.

This is the best property in Darjeeling, with great staff who provide service throughout the stay. The view was awesome, and the toy train passes right in front of the homestay—what a lovely view.
