The hotel sits in a convenient spot for hiking and cross‑country skiing, and the rooms are roomy. Dinner was decent and the staff were very friendly, though the rooms feel a little dated.

We stayed from 21 to 23 February. The property is a few minutes from the ski lifts and tourist sights, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very clean. We had booked a stay with breakfast, yet the first night we were forced to eat at the hotel, which was a total disappointment for both the food and the service. Every dish had pasta that was sometimes cold and sometimes hot; the orecchiette al ragù were pre‑cooked and then reheated poorly, and the chicken breast was the same. It was sad. Breakfast was okay, but it was served on a tablecloth stained with sauce from that “good” dinner the night before. The waiter seemed a bit distracted; on the last day’s breakfast we found some rigatoni on the floor under the table—presumably dropped by previous diners. We didn’t eat there again. Also, the kids ran in the corridors for three days, knocking on rooms instead of using the designated play areas; the parents had to rest while the children were free. I speak as a parent—our family has traveled with 6 or 7 groups without disturbing anyone. Still, the hotel is good for its location and clean rooms, but a bit more attention would help.

Breakfast was great, and the room was large and clean. The location makes it easy to reach Ovindoli and Campo Felice. Dinner could be better, and the restaurant needs more care; the morning after a dinner, the floor still had remnants from the previous night. Overall, I’d recommend the place. Unfortunately we encountered many rude and loud children, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault.

The welcome and entertainment were excellent, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The location is great, the staff were courteous, the room was spacious and bright, and parking was available without hassle. The building needs a makeover in furnishings and accessories, and the breakfast doesn’t justify the price—coffee was terrible and table service was inattentive.
