“An Exceptional Stay in Siem Reap”

A picky older gentleman here, and this place really knocked it out of the park for me. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly cozy. The air‑conditioning worked flawlessly, and everything else was solid. The reception team—those young ladies—were consistently warm and helpful, and the rest of the staff were all top‑class. Whenever I head back to Siem Reap, I’ll book here again. Plus, having a large supermarket right across the street was super convenient. The only downside was the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, but that didn’t bother me much.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and location was excellent. Also breakfast buffet was included for the price. Would highly recommend this and will come back for sure!

Lovely old fashioned hotel. Great staff. Nice pool. And the atrium is so cute with the Koi fish. The one combined machine in the gym was stuck and is not functioning. Slightly off center, lot of walk or tuktuk time. I personally didn't like the breakfast, they served a lot of traditional food, which I would not touch in the morning

Pool was good. Staff very attentive, especially young member of staff who brought me a cappuccino at breakfast every morning. Location good. Internet problem first night. Shower not good. Temperature varied and at times very little water coming out. Hotel dated and needs to be modernised, especially bathrooms. The bedroom doors slam too hard!! Fridge was warm!! No cold drinks

Staff!! RATHA and RATANA were amazing and helped us a lot with everything what we needed at all times. They also invited with fresh water and let us stay in the hotel the time we wanted before leaving. Swimming pool is big and very comfortable. Fitness area is complete and has everything you need to exercise. Price is very affordable for what they offer. Reception is big and comfortable and have space to.sit down and watch the fishes on a pond. Very big hotel with enough space to wander around. Wifi was unstable sometimes in the night. The hotel is some blocks away from Siem Reap city center
