“Perfect holiday”
The house is fantastic in every way. Its excellent location and outstanding amenities make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, even for larger groups. The owner was kind, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back. Recommended this place to anyone!

The accommodation blew me away, especially the sauna‑jacuzzi and the surroundings. Through the huge windows we watched the otters, admired the well‑maintained garden and the beautiful landscape. The house itself was impressive, the equipment superb, and we left with a heavy heart. We appreciated the hosts’ friendliness and the tasty dinners. Unfortunately, there was a power outage once or twice, which the hosts couldn’t prevent, and we had to readjust the TV each time.

Everything was perfect at this accommodation. It was very clean and well‑maintained, the beds were top‑quality with excellent mattresses, the living‑kitchen was large, and the dining table could seat 8 people. There were 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside, a big pool, sauna, etc. We felt very comfortable during the week and can only recommend it warmly. The only downside was the loud street noise during the day.
Sehr schönes und modernes Haus, sehr gleichwertige Zimmer, große Zimmer und drei Badezimmer, das war super. Auch der riesen Fernseher, riesen Tisch, küche und Sofa. Sehr bequem! Und auch die Sauna war top!
The villa does not leave any wishes open. Friendly host, spacious villa, the sauna and the hot tub are very good, the living room is modern, everything is according to the pictures, the wine fridge is great, the TV is high end (The Frame), the grill outside is a good add on. The location is also very nice (30 minutes to Triest, a few minutes from Croatia, Koper and Lucija). Very good local cousine, vast and delicious wine choices in the area incl. the host winery (the white one is top notch). Nothing. Great vacation
