The staff were friendly. I had forgotten a notebook with my blood pressure readings, called the hotel, and they found it and offered to mail it to me using my credit card info, so there was no extra cost and no follow‑up call was needed.

The 2‑queen suite was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a small kitchen; everything else was fine.

The staff were very accommodating and worked hard; the front desk personnel, Don and others, were very nice and efficient. I, and my husband, couldn’t figure out the shower— the faucet only worked on the tub, so I had to bend over to wash my hair and face inside the tub, which isn’t easy for 75‑year‑olds! There was no valve or flip switch for tub‑to‑shower, which was inconvenient.
