TownePlace Suites Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

“Needed a pet friendly place to stay while our kitchen floor was being renovated.”

Staff was super friendly and helpful, our 2 bedroom suite was very clean, quiet, and roomy. Very welcoming to our dog too!. The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Living area furniture could be updated. Free breakfast was ok

“לא ציפינו ליותר מדי. חיפשנו מקום להניח ראש.”

The location and price were good. We booked a room for five adults but were only set up for four upon arrival, missing some equipment, and we had to request it ourselves after a late arrival. The hotel’s breakfast arrangement was delayed.

“Was unable to stay due to overbooking”

The hotel was overbooked, so I couldn’t use my paid reservation, and I’m still waiting for a refund of my advance payment.

“Pretty average in an older hotel”

Breakfast was decent, but we booked a day earlier than we actually traveled and stayed a day later because we thought the dates were 13‑15 instead of 12‑14; nobody told us we’d arrived late or stayed an extra night, and the additional night fee was much higher. The problem largely stems from the hotel changing the dates I had set during the booking process.

The hotel denied my card even though I booked with it, so I told the front desk that we needed to cancel. They kept trying to charge my account repeatedly, but I declined each time, and they waited until 4 am to bill me for a no‑show, even though I had actually gone in to check in and they had already refused my card.
