“Not hospitable at all! Worst experience in my life.”
The beach was nearby, but the hidden fees were outrageous. I booked a Superior Suite with a sea view and never received either; the staff said no Superior Suites existed and that all rooms were bungalows. The manager didn’t even bother to investigate. The kitchen lacked basic tools and there were too few dishes for two people. My husband’s two brothers were driving 1½ hours from Tampa to join us, yet the manager charged us over $100 for their brief parking, then barred them from the property even for a quick chat. For the money we paid for their bungalows, they should have been able to visit us in our bungalow.
